      Pros

      They did bring in a great senior team, comprised of senior and established marketing, HR and PS. (Sadly they were all laid off within the year).

      Cons

      Owned by Volaris and managed closely by the parent company according to their very narrow rules and regulations. Very hostile environment.

      Controlled by parent company Constellation Software financial formulae designed to squeeze the most out of customers Forced to overcharge customers Major decisions made by financial managers from parent company who do not know anything about the industry.
