career prospects poor, no performance appraisal & training. Unbalance work life, discouraged take leave. Was frowned from taking leave. Backup in MY unsupportive. Management more concern on incoming revenue and customer goodwill, most tedious ops performed are non value. little attention to ROI of task. No support from management despite repeated feedback for additional support. No opportunity to grow, task delegated are non important. Minimal inclusivity. Pay structure unsatisfactory and demand one to cover all things under sky for meagre pay.
