    I worked at Teleplan International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Decent starting pay. Good Benefits and time off allotment once you are hired on as a Teleplan employee. Work is interesting. Co-workers are generally good people and willing to help you as needed.

    Cons

    Long overtime hours especially at the end of the month. Can be forced to overstay your shift on a consistent basis to hit production numbers. Can be difficult at times to elevate within company. Don't expect yearly bonuses or raises from this company as a regular thing. These are done occasionally, at the discretion of the site manager.

    Advice to Management

    More regular raises and less mandatory overtime leads to less turnover and less stress for employees, which in turn, leads to better production from longer-tenured workers. What may benefit you today and look good on in-the-moment daily reports ends up with poor attitudes and a high-stress environment which results in poor numbers tomorrow. Too much short-sightedness by upper-level management to impress their supervisors today which trickles down on their employees.
