Pros

management is understanding and supportive. If you ask for help they will find a way to provide it. It is a growing company and a growing market need for the product. They are known as the best and they sell the best products in the industry. Totally customer service driven.

Cons

Training is not what it could be but they will work with you as you grow and start selling. Product is a little higher priced than some of the competitors but it does have more options.

Advice to Management

Develop a low end product to sell to those needing a very low end system and develop a training program that will be use on every new hire no matter who does it.

    I worked at Teletrac Navman full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The team is ever-evolving, and continuing to improve. It seems the right people are being put in the right positions, and the future is looking bright. The team culture is also getting much better than a few years ago.

    Cons

    The sales focus is heavily on new business, there is no focus on the customer at all, just get the paperwork signed. A lot of lip-service about being customer-centric, but the attitudes of the sales team is still to do whats best for revenue, not for the customer.
