Pros

I worked at Teliolabs and I am still waiting for 3 months of salary that has been pending since January. Despite sending repeated emails to HR, Finance, and senior leadership, I never got a response. This silence and lack of accountability made it extremely difficult for me, even affecting background verification for my new employer. Some colleagues are genuinely skilled and hardworking On paper, the projects look interesting

Cons

Salary not paid on time (in my case, 3 months pending with no explanation) HR and Finance completely unresponsive Leadership avoids communication instead of addressing problems Creates stress and damages career progress for employees

Pros

Working in Teliolabs after a long break in my career, i am thankful that i got this opportunity to enhance my skills. learning new technologies and language has become a part of my life now. It's a great company to start your career with as a fresher, sabbatical or return to work for women. Communication hour is a fun activity to interact one on one with higher management and know more about our company. Nice work culture without any politics, everyone work here as a team.

Cons

Can't think of any cons

Pros

Strong adoption of Microsoft Azure services with a cloud-first mindset. Well-structured cloud governance and resource management practices. Supportive and collaborative engineering teams that encourage knowledge sharing. Good focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence. Opportunities to work on large-scale cloud transformation and modernization projects.

Cons

Cloud governance processes could be further standardized across teams and subscriptions. Some legacy systems create challenges for modernization and cloud-native adoption. Resource provisioning and change management approvals can sometimes be slow. Limited automation in certain operational areas increases manual effort. Cost optimization practices could be improved to maximize Azure spending efficiency. Documentation and architecture standards vary between projects.
