    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

a good place to learn about the telco market, customers and services. highly unlikely that it will go into bankruptcy.

    Cons

large and cumbersome organisation, difficult to get momentum behind initiatives, senior management spent a large chunk of their time focussing on personal gain within the company and encourage in fighting

    Advice to Management

get out from behind the desks, get the focus really back on the customers, and meet with the staff to get the real pulse of the company (not with every manager in the division trailing along behind)

  2. "bureaucratic, Hierarchical, challenging, rewarding"

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

You'll work with some great people, within a company that has the best networks and services. It's challenging and rewarding at the same time.

    Cons

You'll have to get used to the fact that you'll be working for one of the most despised brands in the country - though admittedly, this is slowly changing.
