    Pros

One of the best places to learn about this Fantastic Product - T24. Excellent learning environment with Flexible timing at work.

    Cons

No Transparency in communication or official dialogue, poor resource planning, some departments are not in sync with objectives for which they were formed especially lack of vision, extremely poor email etiquette, no pro-activeness in Senior Resources especially India Management

    Advice to Management

Please be proactive in resource allocation and make it mandatory for everyone to create backups so that knowledge is not confined to few individuals. This will help in proper utilization of resources and create an effective and efficient pool of resources who will be rich in Techno-Functional aspects. A free two-way communication is a must.

    Pros

    Good Product
Great people at the sharp end
    Informal networks work well

    Cons

    Too many managers.
Too many managers with zero understanding of the product and hence the issues that arise.
If there's a problem the solution seems to be ... hire another Manager!
    Lots of Office politics
Lots of communication; not much information.

    Advice to Management

    Cull the overhead.
    Don't cut the revenue earners
