No real career track, compensation lousy, internal training ridiculously bad

Advice to Management

Fight for your people who work hard to receive pay that reflects their hard work. Provide better training for your employees who want it, Mentor your direct employees so that they can move up in the company.

    Pros

    Free mattress after you start

    Cons

    -No vision for upper managements!
    -Very arrogant environment especially for high levels.
    -Racism at work!
    -A lot of Politics
    -Cheap labor, and it is becoming cheap products.
    -Take advantage of expert people before they laying them off!
    -Many other brands are better and cheaper than what Tempur offers.

    Advice to Management

    -Learn how to manage a business and to hear to each other.
    -I encourage CEO to dig deeper and see how are mangers functioning their business.

    More like a family than other companies that I have worked for.
    Great benefits.
