      Need to get back to you on this. The people are good people, but good people don't always know how to do good work.

      Cons

      Communication, accountability, excuses. There are a few things I could say, but these are the main concerns I see with this company.

      Tons of experience working with a specific segment of the printing industry.

      Cons

      The area that this company is located isn't the design capital of the world, so as a designer, you will feel a need to travel.

      GM expects you to work a ton of hours, and speaks very aggressively to employees.
