Unlimited PTO and great work life balance. Made some solid connections with coworkers.
Cons
The company has no idea what they’re doing anymore. Every other month it seems the direction changes. Spent a bunch of time building features that would never get used or that would have to be completely reworked after release because of poor communication. Multiple rounds of company wide layoffs, multiple “restructurings”. It feels very much like a chicken running around with its head chopped off here. Or dare I say a sinking ship… Very few employees seem to have any idea what the next move is. This company is honestly a nightmare to work for. Low pay with very small; almost insulting increases. EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE IS EXPENDABLE AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. They do not care how long you’ve worked for them or how much you’ve contributed. The second they decide they no longer have any use for you you’re gone. I would not recommend working for them to anyone.
