    Good medical benefits. Fair dental benefits.

    Cons

    Almost no oppurtunity for advancement. Company is re-active, not proactive. No clear focus.

    Stop working from your ivory tower and go see what's happening in your company.

    you can make good money if you lack any moral values

    Cons

    Politics are horrible, management will lie to your face, and the "ethics" reporting will get your position eliminated.
