"Good work Enviroment"

Respectful management, good work environment, excellent health and safety
Cons
Early shift starts (as early as 5:00 AM). Could be a pro, depending on if you like to work early

Very structured and established company. Overall great place to work.
Cons
Had a fair amount of travel. Which did not suit my life.
Advice to Management
Worry less about the stock price and keep the eye on customer support.
