I have been working at Terumo EMEA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent salary, joined the company during major change so enough opportunities to learn "new" things.

    Cons

Local DC managment leads by cronyism, it`s more important to find a person to blame then to find the rootcause of the problem, not listening to employer feedback, making a lot of promisses to employers but don`t deliver.

    Advice to Management

Stop the cronyism, make no promisses if they cannot be fullfilled.
