Pros

The company is fully remote and very well organized to support remote work. Processes are documented, discussions are transparent and goals are clear. Customer feedback is valued as it drives product development. Content manager position gave me an opportunity to explore many different technologies in my domain, as well to collaborate with domain experts in other domains. It required wide knowledge to begin with, but also enabled me to grow it even wider. The experience I had from the industry was very useful as it allowed me to distinguish between realistic and academic problems.

Cons

It sometimes felt like an engineering job reversed - instead of working on solutions for existing problems, I was inventing problems which would allow candidates to demonstrate a specific set of skills.

Pros

TestDome is a great place to work if you're self-motivated and hard-working. The company is fully remote, so as long as you do your work, you can do it anywhere and any time you want. There's no drama or internal politics, which is a breath of fresh air. TestDome has really nailed its hiring process and continually hires kind, smart, hardworking people from all over the world. The co-founders are data-driven and fair. They are open to feedback, both positive and negative. Their willingness to be open to new ideas has helped with company growth. In spite of the uncertainties brought by COVID-19, TestDome has continued to grow revenue. The entire company has even received pay raises since the pandemic started because the company is growing so well.

Cons

There's not much team culture at TestDome. Luckily, it's something the founders are addressing, so I expect it will improve.
