Work environment: Join this place only if: You don't have self respect for yourself. You don't have any inclination to grow in career You don't mind working in a sweatshop and don't want to work in a professional environment. Very bad culture exhibited by senior management - yelling, swearing, pointing fingers, playing blame game, banging things --- to name a few. Senior manager doesn't care about employee morale : be ready to be called on your sick day off on your personal mobile and be yelled at. Benefits: Not good. No flexible work arrangements. Even if you work form home for 10 hours, that will be considered as half a day, you ll lose half a day of your vacation. Career growth: None. No learning in technical, business or process aspects. There are many processes that can be automated, but they don't invest in the technology or resources to make things better. You will spend huge chunk of your time responding to senior management's emails. It's a big deal If you don't respond to email within 5 minutes. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
