Pros
As a Magnet hospital they put effort into maintaining a healthy work environment as defined by the AACN with good leadership communication, an emphasis on retention, and promoting processes improvement committee involvement.
Cons
A plethora of policies, antiquated med delivery machines, and a tedious cell phone med scanning system which leads to dangerous work-arounds. Also they release mandatory education modules randomly throughout the year instead of quarterly and there doesn't seem to be a mechanism to do them from home and get paid for your time.
