Pros

Hawthorn should teach the upper management how to talk and relate to staff more. Once a yr rounds is not enough...,,

Cons

Meetings to be told tower will let us know if we can do anything or not. Decisions made without input from those it impacts the most.

    CIO is very visionary
    Corporate office was just remodeled, includes treadmills and exercise bikes.
    Telecommuting is the culture in ITS
    Culture is fantastic

    Cons

    Industry is struggling with latest health care reform
    Not a lot of opportunity for new managers/directors. People stay here a long time.

    The drive to Arlington can be a pain

    Employees should come first. They are the reason you are a manager, and have that title. Without a staff, you would not be able to have it.
