Pros

Good work life balance. Good compensation and benefits. Mission of the agency is great - there is a lot of satisfaction in knowing that your job really does make a difference in the lives of many Texans.

Cons

Poor management that breeds hostility between employees. A lot of incompetent people making terrible decisions. The only way to get ahead is by pushing another person down.

Advice to Management

Get your act together. Hire more competent and friendly folks that want to work towards team building and improving employee morale.
