    Pros

Great company to work for if you want a secure job with great benefits. The benefits make it worth it.

    Cons

Be prepared to be overworked. There is plenty of opportunity for overtime if you want it.

    Person of Service

    Pros

To work for the State you must be a person of service. I am that type of person. I am so happy to be of service to my clients. I hear the relief in their voices when they are able to get help and this humbles me to know that I am there to be of service.

    Cons

The con to this job is that I can be the best high producing worker but can only get a raise if a law is passed from the state legislature.
