I worked at Texas Instruments as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working at TI was extremely challenging, but at the same time, it was very rewarding and enjoyable. Many intern activities were offered and the pay was pretty good, and of course, working at such a large company gives you the opportunity to access a very wide variety of resources

    Cons

The only con would be the size of the company, which is huge. Makes you feel very very small, but you get used to it pretty easily

    Advice to Management

    None

  2. "Good company to work for but not doing financially as great as other competitors"

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and relocation packages, good people overall, you will always find someone who can help you. 401k matching and Good culture & values for the employee.

    Cons

It's not doing as great as other competitors.
Depending where you are working, you don't always get enough time to be trained.
Lots of pressure from customers, be ready to work on the weekends

    Advice to Management

Work-life balance is not always great, salary and benefits are good but might not be enough to keep the employees happy.
Might need to be more aggressive & alternative as other competitors. TI is still seen as the "company who makes calculators"
