I worked at Texas Instruments as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Big company, lots of opportunity to move around. You can go up and pick either management or design, generally work on projects for months at a time.

Cons

You might get lost in the shuffle. The workspace is pretty bland, decent dining area but nothing fancy.

Advice to Management

I think you're doing a fine job - it's great that all management are also engineers so they're easier to relate to.
