I worked at Texas Instruments as a contractor (More than 3 years)

Pros

Flexible, supportive, appreciated all the work I did. My managers were great to work for and the sales staff was wonderful.

Cons

I worked for TI for 3 years, but always as a contractor. I would have liked to be an employee with some benefits.

Advice to Management

Don't just rely on contractors for administrative staff. If you have a good one, keep them by hiring them.

I worked at Texas Instruments as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

TI is a great place for a first internship in the semiconductor space. Lots of resources, different projects going on, and really nice people!

    Cons

Assigned project was pretty narrow in scope, and it was a little difficult to look for other opportunities. Pay was so-so compared to other bay area opportunities.
