Don't work at TRH if you have respect for yourself

    Pros

Free bread (yummm) and discounts on food. Free meal when you work a double. Super flexible schedule that allows you to go to school or work another job in morning/day time. Lot's of employees so it's not TOO difficult to get time off if needed. The majority of your coworkers are going to be young and fun to work around, most of the time. You play a game each night in which the winner will win anything from no back of house, free dinner, pick back, app party, etc. It's a good motivation to keep your sales up throughout the shift! A decent place to work if you are in your teens or very early 20s.

    Cons

You only get a 3-table section and only 2-table sections on the busier days of the year. Always running out of necessary stuff such as silverware, ice, bread, certain menu items- it's ridiculous. On the busiest days of the year (Vday, Mother's day, Father's day, etc.) you don't get a break. Not even 15 minutes or even 5 minutes to sit down. If they do catch you taking a break, you get yelled at. You have to sneak bread to eat during your shift if you want to eat it. Bringing your own food doesn't really solve that problem either because they're going to be constantly yelling at you to run food. You only get paid $2.13/hour, even when you're doing your back work, which technically, you should be getting paid min. wadge for, but you don't. The managers play favorites constantly and are almost always in a bad mood. I don't blame them, it's a crappy place to work and I wouldn't want to deal with the BS they put up with either- but that's no excuse! No benefits/PTO, etc. You won't get a paycheck since the pay is so low and when you do, it's typically less than $5. This is not a place for someone in their late 20s or older. There's absolutely zero way you can pay your adult bills on this salary unless you are lucky enough to be quickly promoted to bar tender (but don't worry, that won't happen).

    Cons

Some management seems to be moody at times (which they are human, but can make some situations more irritating) High turnover rate of servers, making it difficult to feel a bond with others Coworker drama Management refusing to be personable or genuine with you/ being jaded towards servers
