I have been working at Texas Tech University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great atmosphere to work and study. Most of tuition would be covered by GRA position.

    Cons

Sometimes GRAs who can show great performance will get more tasks (even they might be required overtime work) compared to GRAs who don't have good performance.
