    Pros

Some of the best reason to work at TTI are: the pay, the paid holiday schedule, the vacation/sick leave policies, the retirement package, and the work style.

    Cons

Some of the downsides to working at TTI are: the good ole' boy club mentality, the sense of entitlement from tenured support staff, leadership team does not take new employee ideas seriously

    Advice to Management

Learn from the people at the bottom-- just because we're young and new to this company/the work force-- we have good ideas and we want TTI to succeed.

I have been working at Texas Transportation Institute part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-TTI has been very welcoming and kind the whole time I have been working here.
-Because I am a student, they have been very flexible with my hours and have given me no trouble when I need to take time off for a test.
-They have professional expectations that keep the office running smoothly but they also treat you like family.

    Cons

For technicians, there are a multitude of chat services and bulletin boards that you must follow constantly to keep informed. Not a big deal but it is easy to miss things.

    Advice to Management

Management is doing a good job keeping everything in line and on track.
