I have been working at The Advocator Group

    Pros

The only con about this place is having a job, the annual company meeting and bagel Friday's

    Cons

Thie mission statement behind the Advocator group is very enriching however the actual service that the Advocator group provides daily is very contradicting to the mission of the company. The Advocator group has been a revolving door from the day I started, with very very frequent terminations of employment both voluntary and involuntary. The company fails to provide the service to their clients that they promise...

    Advice to Management

Senior management need to pay closer attention to the supervisors they have leading their staff. I also urge Brown and Brown to fully audit the services the company they are backing provide. All the real company reviews are the same its time to stop faking good reviews stop making excuses and make the change that's going to benefit the claim

I have been working at The Advocator Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company Transparency, Schedule Flexibility, Company Culture Events

    Cons

Healthcare plan options are moderate and have opportunity for improvement.

    Advice to Management

Quarterly reviews are valuable, however I think it vital to ensure teammates receive consistent feedback on short-term generated metrics on production for immediate course correction.

I worked at The Advocator Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexibility in hours and possibility of working remote

    Cons

Benefits were ok but not great: health insurance was expensive, as a full-time hourly employee you had to work 40 hours and if you dipped below due to an emergency or appointment you had to use you PTO as though you were salaried. Communication was sparse between management and their teams.

    Advice to Management

Communicate regularly- don't let your team learn something new about their jobs via gossip. Care more about the client than the bottom line and actually fix the issues - don't rely on apologies to fix an error - prevent the error - especially when they are reoccurring and avoidable
