Pros

Very friendly and professional staff, good network support. Free croissants and coffee for the first week of each quarter.

Cons

Many students are passive for discussions and concern only with their hobbies.

Advice to Management

Turn off Facebook access for students.

    Pros

    Great pay - opportunities for overtime are also endless if you want them
    Good benefits
    Simple work - expectations are clear and easy to understand
    Relatively flexible scheduling
    Approachable leadership and colleagues
    Everyone genuinely does want you to do well
    Lots of praise given (sometimes too much)

    Cons

    Working holidays
    ~8 hours a day on the phone (if you hate the phone, don't work here)
    Constantly dealing with at-risk student populations, it gets frustrating after a while
    Heavy heavy micro-management by leadership
    The earliest you can work is 9am, and the earliest you'll leave is 6
    Late evenings required a couple times a week
    ~2 working Saturdays a month (4-5 hour shifts)
    Encouraging students to take on massive loan debt in order to attend school (almost no one you meet with can afford the education)

    Advice to Management

    Many people love this job for two main reasons:
    1. They enjoy summers off.
    2. They enjoy sales.

    Some want more out of their career. There really isn't an issue with leadership.
