    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    Good salary, flexible schedules, location.

    Cons

No future. The newspaper industry (print) is going away and in deep decline. Shared services are happening all over and there is just more work for those that stay.

    Advice to Management

Customer service is suffering and there are a couple o freasons. One, the people that are here are either over worked because of cutbacks or two, they hire people who just have a bad attitude, kind of like government workers.
