    Pros

Good pay, nice co-workers but felt as if no one was on my side.

    Cons

Supervisor was verbally abusive, not willing to help workers to grow, very selfish, unapproachable,

    Advice to Management

Get rid of supervisors who are there just because of who they know in upper management. When there are several complaints against the person on how they treat their subordinates it must be looked into.

I have been working at The Babcock & Wilcox Company full-time

    Pros

It's a job, the compensation, while not fantastic, isn't awful either. Safety is a priority and the employee safety team is quite active.

    Cons

Poor on-boarding of employees, you basically have to fend for yourself. Lack of technical and career development opportunities. Management tends to either micro-manage or be absent. Poor working conditions in the office. Tasks assigned in no way account for the background/experience of the individual they are assigned too. i.e. an engineer V could be tasked with the same task as an engineer I. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
