Hours are flexible as you basically set your own hours, Pay is adequate, supervisors are very approachable, Co-workers are helpful.

Cons

Pressure to meet meet min hours is high, Documentation exccessive for the time limits, Min hours are high for fulltime.

Advice to Management

Consider reducing min hours for full time, reduction in amount of descriptive narration could be achieved by permitting interventions standardized times.

    The heart and mission are great.

    Cons

    Lower pay with higher caseloads.
    Lack of initial training.
    You may not even get so much a birthday card to say "we like that you work here".
    Work/life balance not encouraged.

    Advice to Management

    In a high turnover field, reward those who have stayed. Treating them like a human being who is valuable retains employees.
    Employees have a multitude of ideas that could and should be considered.
