I don't have any cons that I can think of in my time here.

Pros

The little things are nice like getting products essentially for free (depending on what it is). Most of the staff is very nice too, I think, depending on what department you work in. Nice layoff comp package. Very diverse staff in the lower levels.

Cons

Layoffs annually for funsies(?), biased management, products are glorified paperweights without having the expensive programs attached to them, mental toll when it comes to dealing with certain kinds of customers on top of the demanding service levels. No room for growth whatsoever. Staff isn't diverse as you work your way up to the CEO.
