    Pros

    This company does take time to research benefits and make sure they are offering good benefits to it's employees. Decent pay make the list of pros as well.

    Cons

    Management style of the department I was in was more about telling you everything you do wrong, not acknowledge accomplishments. There was no constructive criticism. When an employee asked what he or she could do to improve, the stock response was that at this career level, you should know. There is also no real systems training in some departments. You are at the mercy of someone to make time to show you how it works.

    Advice to Management

    Train your management team on communications and how to effectively manage others. Offer full system training to all new hires, not just the call center staff.
