    Overwork lower Level employees. Too many sales people, not enough support staff. Employees (except sales) are not rewarded for exceptional performance or their part in the overall success of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Taking better care of your employees and making sure they feel valued will make a huge difference in how they prioritize the value of what they do. Employees should feel like more than a percentage on a statistic sheet. Award ALL employees with bonuses when the company meets goals! Sales and Management can't get there without them!
