    Pros

    Nice coworkers and the pay is good.

    Cons

    GTS management is not empowered and is glorified customer service. As a result, massive technical debt is accumulated on virtually every project. Poor work/balance culture too.

    Advice to Management

    Audit the leadership, do exit interviews, encourage leadership to build relationships with the workers.
