I have been working at The Clorox Company full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

A wide variety of opportunities to grow and stretch. Demonstrate your expertise and ability to handle complexity and watch your career grow here. Growing more and more comfortable with diversity every day. Work-life balance is refreshing here.

    Cons

Not really cons - more just observations: It can take time to get started, and you must be aware of, respect, and largely adhere to the climate and prevailing perspectives of the day. Patience and hard work are generally rewarded, but waiting for career growth here can be a somewhat long and challenging task. While recruitment, acceptance, promotion, and leveraging of diversity have improved tremendously, there is still room to grow here.

I worked at The Clorox Company for less than a year

    Pros

Gave interns a lot of real responsibility and real work

    Cons

Since it was virtual, we had to pivot to non-laboratory based projects.

I worked at The Clorox Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A nurturing and forward thinking organization.

    Cons

Politics and favoritism within smaller business units, but not an indictment on Clorox at large.
