Pros

Other employees were fun, we had a strong sense of camaraderie, no expectations of working over time (everyone is OUT the door at 5pm)

Cons

Management is severely misguided - they pay consultants to come in an advise their marketing strategy and then disregard 100% of what the consultants suggest. Marketing people are often in impossible task between adhering to Management's mercurial feedback & doing their job well.

Pros

I enjoyed every aspect of working at The Conference Forum. I truly believe that one of the things that made it most enjoyable were the people working there, they were incredibly supportive and helpful, especially my direct bosses Allyson and Bre! The work was always engaging and felt very worth while. Additionally, I learned an incredible amount and left with knowledge that I will carry with me to all positions in the future. I hope to work with this team again one day!

I have no complaints from working here.

Pros

Great co-workers, fun to go to conferences in different places!

Cons

Leadership is arrogant and not interested in developing talent. They will never do things any other way than how "it's always been done." No real vision. Lots of turnover. Marketing positions are really sales positions. There is no mentorship, guidance, or growth from within.
