    Pros

The Benefits are outstanding, feeling of pride working along side such dedicated and wonderful students. Most people are quite nice to work with.

    Cons

Back stabbing attitude, at least in my division. Some Mgmt useless and not professional. Too many chiefs and not enough indians.

    Advice to Management

Weed out the useless managment that make good money but drag everything down by their lack of intellegence and knowledge.

I have been working at The Culinary Institute of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

So many people feel so strongly about the work they do in support of the students, it is heartwarming. Campus is beautiful.

    Cons

No longer an organization that cares about its employees. Increasingly corporate attitude where money is all that matters. Moral of employees is on a steep decline.

    Advice to Management

Start caring about your employees. People talk about the former "CIA Family" - bring that attitude, feeling, and belief back.
