    Pros

Great people, outstanding students, world class facilities

    Cons

The college is loosing its edge. Becoming too big and hard to react. HR has tripled in size since I started working here. They have shifted their focus away from protecting the employee

    Advice to Management

CIA FAmily? I hope this is not the way you treat your real families

    Pros

Very productive program that helps students well into the professional world. World-Class chefs as well. Best culinary school in America.

    Cons

No food science program. This is an up and coming program that should be accounted for. Nothing much else to complain about.

    Advice to Management

Commence with a food science program for the bachelors degree. Also, offer more one on one time with chefs to students.
