    Pros

The staff in general were all pretty great/nice, minus the managers. Servers all helped each other out, trying to cover shifts, running drinks, etc. You can make good money on the weekends/busy days, 200+, but our actual tips would be like 400, then we have to tip out at least 35%. So you end up with 200-250. During the week it can be kinda bad, even as low at 70, generally at least 100 I'd say. Customers are generally pretty nice, my tip percentages were normally in the 20-25% range.

    Cons

Management is a JOKE. They give you your schedule for ONE week, sometimes changing it mid week expecting you to cover...we have an online system asking for days off, the manager always forgets and schedules you...even if you say you can never work Mondays bc of school or whatever else, they WILL schedule you and say its your responsibility. Managers definitely play favorites, and sometimes can be nice, sometimes rude, you never really know.

    Pros

It was a great team of people to work with and a beautiful venue.

    Cons

Upper management seemed to have an identity crisis of what they wanted to restaurant to be. Is it a lounge or an upscale restaurant? Do you want to promote happy hour drinks or fine dining? Instead they did tried to be a little bit of everything and never did either as well as they could have.
