    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at The Delta Companies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Paid weekly. However after notifying contract would end early, paystubs stopped arriving in the mail, and no balance of hours worked or paid were provided, with erratic compensation patterns making it difficult to identify if all compensation was received. Online work logs once signed and sent no longer conveniently display summation of hours submitted, or offer a print function to conveniently provide summation of hours submitted to engender any form of permanent record other than screen capture;

    Cons

    Gloss over problems with the client, instead of being proactive, or supportive of their contractee, they appear to support the client; also seem to forget being informed that the contract will end by a specific date, or pretend they are not informed even though notified contract would terminate before contracted date, 3 months in advance due to modification of a providers (NPs) written order, modified by another provider (MD) without their corresponding signature;

    Presume Delta does not understand the implications of malpractice or loss of license, or alternately they are not harmed by such and don't care if their contractee is.

    Advice to Management

    Eventually you will run out of naive persons to hire
