    Negative Outlook

I worked at The Dilenschneider Group for less than a year

    Pros

Working with pretty big clients in the Chrysler Building

    Cons

Being absolutely disrespected, belittled and micromanaged. Underpaid and not even treated like a human being. I was once growled at while saying good morning.

I have been working at The Dilenschneider Group full-time

    Pros

Staff get along really well and prop each other up, but an extraordinary level of turnover.

    Cons

A pressure cooker environment - no evaluations or salary increases, next to no benefit structure and very little appreciation for the work that is done.

I worked at The Dilenschneider Group full-time

    Pros

There are not any. Staff have to bring in their own water.

    Cons

The title name of this organization is the whole problem with the company. He is a tyrant and a bully to staff. There is no HR department so he gets by with treating staff badly, as stated in other reviews, with head games, condescending approach and bullying. Benefits package is terrible and he has no sense of how the office is run or how things work. Everyone is constantly on pins and needles because you never know when he will spit fire on you. Many of those who remain tend to be mentally unstable (as you would have to be to stay).
