Doesn't Recommend

Pros

1. They work hard at getting you the assignment
2. While in the process of hiring, they are great "communicators"
3. Friendly staff

Cons

1. Once you get the assignment, they forget about you
2. No communication with the home office
3. Poor benefits
4. No room for advancement
5. Don't keep their promises
6. Dismissive to your concerns/issues
7. It's all about the client and not the consultant

Advice to Management

Need to think about those you send out on assignments as they are the reason you have the contract in the first place.

I have been working at The Forum Group full-time

    Pros

I have worked for The Forum Group for over 10 years. During that time, I have grown both professionally and personally. I have found management to be trustworthy, honest and ethical. The business owner has a sincere sense of loyalty to his employees. There is a comprehensive, extensive database that all the recruiters have access to. This along with other resources, plus training gives the employees a unique edge. Also, several members of the management team have practical experience in the areas that they are recruiting for which makes for a more knowledgeable and targeted approach towards the business.

    Cons

There could be more of an effort to co-sell between departments.

    Advice to Management

My experience with The Forum Group has been positive and rewarding.
