    Pros

    Beautiful store, great discount, unique food offerings, pays well, every challenges to learn and grow. Holidays are the best times.

    Cons

    Upkeeping of turnover and ensuring training of new hires is efficient. Some rude customers but that’s normal in all retail jobs.

    Pros

    You get to meet some nice customers and the people that I work i enjoy working with we all team player. we just need more working because it is of work on the people that come in to work

    Cons

    Me personally I feel like I don't get paid enough. The reason I said this is I run the deli alone; I work produce prep, and cms prep, I also help making the truck order and help put the food order when asked. We have assistance that does not do truck orders nor put up the trucks and I am not assistant or anyone I'm just a regular deli Clark and I do way more than the assistant hat we have so I feel like I'm unappreciated as well as being on the proper wage I have applied four times for the deli assistance and it has been passed over me every time. I am more than qualify for the job
