Pay is pretty decent, great employee discount for tuition

Constantly out of ratio, low staff numbers, high teacher turnover rate (I’ve worked at several schools and one other Goddard and this is the HIGHEST), management isn’t helpful, no plan for disciplinary action, high risk of burnout, don’t value their teachers, money driven, benefits are laughable, holiday pay… don’t get me started.
