At Hangar, I've had the opportunity to work on projects with global exposure as part of a team of people with a wide variety of skills. One of the most significant things to me is that we support each other's efforts and have each other's back.

I was used to having more documentation provided to me during the onboarding process, but the support of the leads was pretty good when I joined and I had plenty of other resources at my disposal to get up and running with what I had to do.
