    Cons

Recent restructure of claims handling responsibilities requiring senior level work load without a pay/tier adjustment. Forcing employees (who are not interested) into litigation roles with little training/heavy workload/No pay increase.

    Pros

Full benefits, opportunity to advance, potential for bonuses in a service role.

    Cons

Call center reps are held to strict metrics while having to “save face” acting as the communication barrier for claimants to speak to claim processing staff about forms with very tricky language that is rejected time and time again for the same reasons. Callers are allowed to pretty much say whatever they want and you just have to take it like a pin cushion and make excuses for processing delays or other co-worker mistakes with no tangible way to submit customer complaints. Senior consultants talk down to you and report to Supervisor if you ask for help. Favoritism (notice how the ones who always suck up get the promotions?).
