I worked at The Haskell Company full-time

    Pros

The company promotes good core values and expects its employees to live up to those values.

    Cons

Layoffs of 2-3 people seemed relatively common and without warning this lead to a feeling of insecurity.

I have been working at The Haskell Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great benefits overall that are better than conventional benefits offered by larger firms. Flexible work schedule, good work-life balance, great employee atmosphere, family oriented culture, and great projects to work on all around the country and the globe.

    Cons

Not a lot of room for growth for the AE personnel, especially engineering. Not a lot of inter-division work sharing (i.e. if you are in the industrial division you are mainly - 99.0% of your time going to be working on industrial projects only - pigeon-held in that matter)

    Advice to Management

Need to look into adjusting AE practice to provide more slots for people to grow into the engineering side of the business. Most of the growth slots are in construction and a little more on the architecture side.
