    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - Company name looks great on a resume
    - Lots of interesting initiatives and diverse departments
    - Seemingly a lot of opportunity (on the surface)
    - Decent manager/immediate supervisor
    - Decent work/life balance
    - Good sense of corporate social responsibility

    Cons

    - Was hired for one job and ended up doing something completely different (and well below my skill level) with no opportunity for advancement, learning, or movement into the job I was hired to do (it doesn't really exist)
    - Expertise (which I was hired for) not respected and consistently questioned (not sure why they hired me if they didn't think I was the expert they wanted)
    - Restructuring seems to happen on a daily basis (company-wide restructuring, changes in departments, and management)
    - Bureaucratic
    - Favoritism for opportunities

    Advice to Management

Make sure you know what you want when you hire someone and don't pull bait and switches with job opportunities.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    - Friendly people
    - Low to Medium stress levels

    Cons

    - Too formal at times.
    - Tools are not very up-to-date.
    - Onboarding is a long & painful process.

    Advice to Management

Interns need to be placed into the position they were accepted for. Many specific positions were posted yet interns were shuffled around far too often once employed.
