    Pros

A lot of moving parts so you might need to go through several departments to find an answer to a question.

    Pros

Insurance is a little expensive but good they have really good breaks and the pay is really good

    Cons

If you bid on a job to train from within they will pull you off of it to stick back in your old position and if your shift preference is 1st they will put you on third and give new hires first because they don’t know or care how to be fair the union is about as worthless as it gets letting the company slip in a loophole that Hershey has the right to manage so it’s pointless to even ask the union for help and they promise and keep telling us the overtime will get better but it won’t it gets worse they will make you work any shift they feel like and make you work shifts 1 2 3 in a row within a month and the management isn’t any better 12 hour shifts for every employee and 14 days of work to have one day off which they can deny you if they are short and you never know what shift you will be on the following week or if your going to work the weekends upper management all needs to be fired and replaced with someone else who knows how to run factories they have a really high turnover rate which causes even more stress on the current workers would not recommend to anyone with a family because who knows what the next union contract will bring
