You are a literal workhorse - 60+ hour weeks, admin work at home, driving 5+ hours a day, merchandising aka lifting 50 lb boxes and pulling 500 lb pallets at Walmart. Only way to promote is to move (usually states away) If you promote the work life balance will only get worse
